We do not guarantee admission to any school, program, or scholarship. Our services are advisory only.

You agree to use the Site and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission
• Submit plagiarized or unlawful content
• Harass or abuse staff, interns, or other users
• Interfere with or damage the Site (e.g., upload viruses, spam, or malicious code)

Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive communications related to ClearPillar services, including reminders, updates, and promotional messages.

• Email: Emails are sent using third-party platforms (such as Mailchimp or similar providers). All marketing or informational emails include an unsubscribe link in the footer. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
• SMS/Text: Text messages are sent using third-party platforms (such as Textedly or similar providers). Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• We make no guarantees about admission outcomes, scholarships, or financial aid awards.
• We are not responsible for errors in applications submitted by students or families.
• All advice provided is for educational purposes only and should not replace consultation with legal, financial, or professional advisors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ClearPillar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, missed deadlines, or third-party errors.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the last 30 days, or (b) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClearPillar, Thick Liaison Services, LLC, and our staff from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Site or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your submission of inaccurate or unlawful content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Site and services.
